On September 17, 2009, a sister institution of this institution was started at Madapally Block Junction in the village of Changanassery Madapally. From that time he thought about the growth of this organization and then in 2014 he started working in partnership with the name Phone & Homes at Changanassery Perumpanachy Kavala. On 1st December 2021, Shantmi Homes was started by the first partner Shanti Joseph and the second partner John Paul near Changanassery Puzhavath Munsiff Court and Kavil Bhagavathy Temple. Partners are husband and wife in life. The office of the firm was inaugurated by Mr. Advocate Siby Mathew and Advocate K. Pradeep also lit the candle and performed it. Now the firm has many satisfied clients in various parts of Kerala. The fact that words and deeds are one and doing even small jobs with responsibility unlike others at a low cost makes our interactions close people to us.
